Indirect Tax Symposium 2012

The resounding success of the first Indirect Tax Symposium held in 2011 is planned to be continued with the hosting of 2012 edition of the event. Several path breaking changes in the legislation, significant recent judicial pronouncements and ongoing developments in the indirect tax arena are proposed to be discussed in course of this one day symposium, which also includes a live survey on some burning issues.

This symposium proposes to address some of the key tax challenges under different indirect tax legislations.
