o   How can the evidence collated be used for filing required actions, if any
o   Relevance of attorney client privilege

·         Actions basis the Investigation report
o   Revisiting the purpose of the investigation

o   Possible actions that can be taken basis the report, both civil and criminal actions

o   Relevant case studies pertaining to legal actions taken basis such reports.
