Proposed Companies Bill
Achromic Point together with Deloitte and R & A Associates, is organizing a full day seminar on Proposed Companies Bill, in New Delhi on 4th October 2011.
Companies Bill 2009 was introduced in an attempt to bring Corporate Law in� accordance with the changes in the economy. As per Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the� new Company Law charter is the simplified version of the existent law on the subject� resulting from the practice undertaken to justify the provisions. Recommendations� from the Standing Committee on Finance were supposed to be discussed in the� Parliament during the 2010 monsoon session.
The seminar would focus on discussing the changes which the Companies Bill 2009� would bring in, along with the shortcomings which need to be overcome.
