I would like to take this opportunity to inform and invite you to our upcoming seminar “Companies Act 2013 – Beginning of a New Era” in the city of Bengaluru on 4th October.
The entire Companies Act has been divided into 29 chapters. The Companies Act 2013 has one of the most contemporary and forward looking legislative policies, compared to many jurisdictions in the world. Although, the new legislation is in some manner a condensation of Companies Act 1956, there are many new concepts and themes to address the issues of a globalized Indian economy.
